Return Policy

When making a purchase through Vulcan Industries, you can be assured you are getting a great product. We strive to meet, and exceed, all of our customers’ expectations, and stand behind the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact a Vulcan Industries representative immediately. Returns

  • 20% restocking fee on all returns not resulting from freight damage or warranty issues.
  • All returns must be made within 60 days from receipt of shipment.
  • Customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including any additional costs resulting from furnishing incorrect shipping address/information.

 

Policy on Damage and Shortages

  • Materials are shipped at purchaser’s risk.
  • Title to material passes and our responsibility for safe delivery ceases when the transporting company receives the material.

 

Parcel Shipments (UPS, FedEx, etc.)

  • Obvious damage should be noted with the delivery agent on receipt.
  • Hidden damage should be reported as soon as it is discovered.
  • If freight costs were added to your Vulcan Industries’ invoice (i.e., prepaid-and-add), report any damage to us immediately.
  • If shipment was made on customer’s account with the carrier, ownership of product transfers to the customer once the shipment is consigned to the carrier.  Customer is responsible for filing any freight claims with the carrier; we will assist in providing information necessary to support the claim.
  • If possible photograph damaged products and packaging.
  • Retain damaged items and packaging until claim is resolved.
