Vulcan Industries Terms and Return Policy

Terms:

• There is a minimum web order of $250.00
• All shipments F.O.B. point of origin.
• All prices subject to change without notice.

Returns:

• There is a 20% restock charge on all returns.
• All returns must be made within 60 days from receipt of shipment.
• The customer is responsible for shipping costs as a result of furnishing incorrect shipping address, etc.

Policy on Damage or Shortage:

• Materials are shipped at purchaser's risk. Title to material pases and our responsibility for safe delivery ceases when the transporting company receives the material.

United Parcel Service (UPS)

• Call United Parcel Service
• Obvious damage report to UPS upon receipt
• Hidden damage report as soon as discovered to UPS
• Leave all damaged merchandise in original carton(s).

We are willing to assist you in any way we can in collection for your claim for loss or damage, but we are not responsible for filing or collecting claims, or for replacement of merchandise.
