Vulcan Industries Announces $5.1 million Warehouse Expansion

Vulcan Industries, point-of-purchase display and merchandising manufacturer based near Birmingham, Ala., announced a $5.1 million, 100,000-square-foot warehouse addition. Vulcan has a very broad customer base providing retail merchandising fixtures and displays to brand marketers, retailers and design firms across the United States. “All of us at Vulcan Industries are very excited about expanding our facility. The additional space will help our business to continue to grow while we offer more responsive service to our customers with manufacturing and logistics in a single location,” said William Hutson, Vice President and General Manager.

The new space will have fully integrated inventory tracking utilizing bar code scanning, as well as a narrow aisle design which will maximize utilization of the space and allow the flexibility to meet customer needs for both large pallet displays as well as small-case pick items.
